This Week July 28, 2020

Dear Folks,

Prayers continue to rise for healing, justice, and peace in our nation and in our world.

This Sunday, August 2, is the Ninth Sunday After Pentecost.  We will be celebrating Holy Communion, so be sure to have your elements handy.  The scripture is Matthew 14:13-21.  The sermon is "Being Fed".

We are in our Season of Generosity for 2021, "I Am About to Do a New Thing".  If any one would like to write or make a video for a Generosity moment, please contact me.  Thank you!

Please continue to support HCCUCC with your contributions. Now more than ever, our mission of being the beacon of love and light on the Huntington Green and beyond is vital. Contributions sent in by mail are welcome. Please consider donating at our website, www.huntingtonucc.org. The GIVEPLUS+ app can be downloaded on your cell phone. Electronic Fund Transfer giving is also available. Please email the church, hcc@snet.net if you would like a form to set that up. However you choose to give will be a blessing and greatly appreciated.

Let us pray. O God of love and grace, your presence is all around us, supporting us and inspiring us.  Help us to use that support and inspiration in our lives to offer encouragement and hope to other lives by our words and our actions.  Amen.

In Christ's love,
Rev. Lucille
