Dear Folks,

Hope you are well today and enduring the summer heat!  Relief is promised for tomorrow!

Thursday is my prayer day, so if you have any joys or concerns you would like me to lift up, please let me know.

Hope you are all registered for HCCUCC's 7th Annual Treasures, Talents and Tastes Auction is this Saturday, May 16th, 6 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. There is still time to register if you are not, which I can't imagine!!  Please contact Linda or Bob Sember at 203-929-5853 or Karen at the church office 203-929-1223.

The catalogue is on-line on our website: www.huntingtonucc.org.  What a great selection of items.  There is something for everyone!

This Sunday, May 17th's scripture is Acts 1:15-17, 21-26.  The sermon is "Ready?".  We will also be celebrating Michaela Lynn Hanas's baptism.

May 24th is Pentecost Sunday and we will be celebrating the Confirmation of five of our young people:  Ian Boath, Emma Crawford, Zach McEwen, Brooke Roberts, and Eric Zelanin.  Please come and show your support!

Let us pray.  O God of all, we offer not only our thanks and praise, but our whole selves.  May you use us for spreading your love to the world.  Amen.

In Christ's love,
Rev. Lucille
