Pastor's Note - Wednesday March 11, 2015

Dear Folks,

I hope you are enjoying the hints of Spring in the air!!

The Ecumenical Lenten Service is tonight at St. Paul's. Dinner is at 6, service at 7. The Rev. Dai Hoon Lee will be preaching.

This Thursday is my prayer day. If you have any joys or concerns you would like me to lift up, please let me know.

This Saturday is a full day! We have the "Bowl to Benefit" for BHCare's domestic violence services at 2 P.M. If you have not donated yet, please click on my site.

At 5:30, the Women's Fellowship's Annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner this Saturday. Please get your tickets ASAP in the church office. $13 for Adults; $8 for children 10 and under. Hot dog dinners: 2 hot dogs w/vegetables-$8; 1 hot dog w/chips-$4. Dessert and beverage are included. Proceeds will benefit the church's Operating Budget!

Sunday's scripture is John 14:1-4. The sermon is "What?" I will be giving some insight to the question, "What happens to us when we die?"

Let us pray. Dear God, we know that if we are patient, any situation will soon pass. Help us to be patient! Amen.
