This Week October 15, 2019

Dear Folks,

Hope you are enjoying the Fall colors!  God's color palate is awesome!

This Sunday, October 20, is the Nineteenth Sunday after Pentecost. The scripture is II Timothy 3:14-4:2.  The sermon is "Proclaim the Message."

Please note the Women's Fellowship Circle meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 22 at 7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. We will be having our "Make and Take" of scented foaming soap. Please see Sue Lindley with questions.

Women’s Fellowship will be presenting a program on Retirement Income Planning on Sunday, Oct. 27, after our service. The presenter is Rebecca Miller whose past presentations have been informative and helpful. Feel free to bring a friend! Refreshments will be served. Although signing up is not mandatory, we appreciate you putting your name on the sheet in the alcove so we have an idea as to how many to prepare for. See Denise Wilson or Sue Lindley with questions.

The Huntington Center Nursery School Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough & Lyman Orchard Pie fundraiser delivery will be November 1st. You can pick up your order on Sunday, November 3.

The Pumpkin & Holly Fair is coming up on November 22 & 23.  It will be here before we know it! Watch your future bulletins for more information or contact co-chairs: Terri Johnston, Jaqui Olivo, Judy Tucker, Eva Washenko. Please, no clothing please for Santa's Attic. Please leave clothing My Sister’s Place bin in Fellowship Hall.  Thank you.

Let us pray. O God, fill us with your Holy Spirit that we may we be the peace and the love that this world so desparately needs.  Amen.

In Christ's love,
Rev. Lucille
