This Week September 17, 2019

Dear Folks,

I cannot thank you all enough for the gifts, cards, and well-wishes on our 10th anniversary together. I really appreciate the Kindle and accessories from the congregation. Your generosity touches my heart!

We had such a great weekend. Thank you to everyone who helped out with the Firefighter's Parade welcome as the companies checked in at our parking lot. Thank you to everyone who helped out with our worship & picnic later in the day. It was such a great time!

This coming Sunday, September 22, is the Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost. The scripture is I Timothy 2:1-7.  The sermon is "Prayerful Living". We will celebrating the baptism of Raelyn Hanas.

Our Season of Generosity is soon wrapping up. If you have not returned your Faith Promise card yet, please do so as soon as possible. Consecration Sunday will be next Sunday,  September 29. Thank you for your faithfulness! "The Future of the Church? Depends on you."

Let us pray.  O God, thank you for active weekends and times to celebrate. Thank you for quiet days and times to rest. Thank you for all our days; may we be faithful in everyone, knowing we are surrounding by your presence.  Amen.

In Christ's love,
Rev. Lucille
